Remodel of this charming 1970s home include enlargement of main bedroom with a view to the pool, enlargement of the main bathroom, large walk-in-closet, large living room, large kitchen and addition of the powder room. Total livable square footage of the home increased from 1865 to 2465.

Two existing bedrooms and guest bath were left as is in order to minimize construction costs.
